Sample: How could I get a sample?       TOP
We have to charge your fee for samples and their express delivery cost, then send samples to you. The prices of the samples are 50% extra on the offer sheet. Express delivery charge depends on the quantity of the samples.
Note: we will pay back the fee of sample since you place the order in the future.

Price: could I get your price list?           TOP
Yes, please tell us the products (with their model number), quantity you are interested in, then we will offer the price by e-mail.

Shipment: what kind of shipment will you use?    TOP
We usually ship the products by boat via our shipping agent; we can ship the products to any destination port of the world.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. International Shipping: Wire transfer is a must.

Sole-Distributor: what about the terms to become your sole distributor in our city, area or state, country?          TOP
If you can sell our products worth US$ 10,000 ---- 50,000 per month, you can become our sole distributor in your city or area; if you can sell our products worth US$ 50,000 or above per month, you can become our sole distributor in your state, if you want to be a sole agent in your country, negotiable.

OEM or Custom Order: could we place order by OEM style to produce our own brand products in your factory?           TOP
Of course you can. Welcome to do OEM or Custom Order. What you need to do is to send us the Drawing of your style with requirements; we will submit sample to you for your approval.

Payment Terms: How we arrange payment?     TOP
T/T:Telegraphic Transfer (wire transfer), 30% down payment, balance upon before shipment
L/C At Sight: Letter of Credit. (It is applicable if your order amount is equal to or more than US$50,000)

Lead Time: How soon we can get the shipment?    TOP
We will arrange production since the order and payment be confirmed So all products are brand-new produced, we will take 15 - 20 days to arrange production, book shipping will take less than 7 days. Delivery time depend on the destination port.

MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): what is the minimum order quantity?    TOP
Usually 500pcs each model, but not fixed (otherwise, our company will take it as Sample order).

Shipping Insurance: how to arrange shipping insurance?    TOP
We can arrange shipping insurance for you.

Drop ship: do you drop ship?         TOP
We cannot do drop ship, the quantity for drop ship is usually small, the handling will be high comparing with the small quantity.
